I'm also tata sky plus subscriber since it's launch and I've three boxes but very disappointed that they are not adding new channels pix hd, travel xp hd, history hd, tlc hd etc. the only thing to subscribe tata sky is it's technology like plus hd, if dish tv launch dvr service, I will instantly migrate to dish tv

This is ur wrong thinking surely .. these kind of posts really makes DDF not good as i feel ... it hurts ... this is the reason i am not much active in DDF nowadays ... all u mentioned r not the Great Friends of Tatasky only .. AFAIK from years all r friends with all DTH .. If we or any one uses and happy with tatasky doesnt mean they r die hard fans /fanboys of Tatasky as u and few other think ...
I never been a Tatasky fan boy surely .. i respect each and every DTH .. i have used few DTH services and my 2nd TV DTH connection is Sun Direct from 2 years and not Tatasky .. i might have been taken multiroom if i am a Fanboy or great friend of tatasky ..
I am paying Tatasky what i want for ... tatasky doesnt give me any special offers to bcome a great frined of them ..
I am happy with the channels available in Tatasky as i am getting all my favourite channels .. i am happy with the PQ although not great .. i am always believe TruHD channels r Best in PQ ..still happy with TS .. i am not watching all channels in any of DTH or in Tatasky .. so surely not want to pay more for nothing ... i am subscribing minimum pack and choosing a la carte i need for ..

Now this thread too looks like defaming of Tatasky and specially its users ...

What do u mean by TataSky friend ? :u Do u think that I am an employee of it or do u think that they give me special discount which other subscribers aren't getting ? :huh

As far as I know, I am one of it's 13 millions subscribers and for that I have to pay subscription charge otherwise they will discontinue my connection. :s

You are Tata Sky subscribers and reputed in this forum, so I added your names as Tata Sky subscriber family using the phrase'Great Tata Sky Friends' I never took you as Tata Sky fanboy. Unfortunately I am not known to you well. I think you didn't read my post carefully. Nowhere I hurt anybody's sentiment or defame any DTH provider in this forum till date. This is a forum where we make discussion about DTH. My posts are not absurd, not useless or wrong, neither against forum rules. Yet if Admin, Mods think this thread should be closed...

Guys, instead of taking things personally. Raise above all pity issues and think how we all can add value to this Forum or TS/DTH users across India.

If one can provide you same PQ, AQ, Channels, Customer Service in lesser amount, why would you go to other? We are consumer and it’s our right to demand more and logical.

I can recollect those days when Mobile phones can only be used by rich people. Now, each of us knows its place in our life and in our country. So, why not being pro-active consumer we should demand atleast best practices maintaining by competitive DTH providers.

I wish that day will come soon when we can buy any Dish and STB and switch among any DTH service provider by just changing the Card of the STB as we do in our GSM mobile phones. I believe this is not coming in near future ……..Be Optimistic!!!

BTW now Dish has added starsports in base pack so we tatasky subscribers can expect that ten network channels will be in base pack soon.

Pressure is on Tatasky from both side, HD channels addition as well as inclusion of Ten channels in base pack as Dish has done it. They have to do something now otherwise they are bound to loose customers to DishTv
