Inappropriate ad Scrolls on TV Channels

After the Content Governance/The Broadcasting Content Complaints Council(BCCC) scroll at the beginning of the show, now channels have started running scrolls during ad breaks.

The Scroll is about 'if you have any complaint regarding these ads, you can complain about it to ASCI'.
