There are three aspects in the NTO 1) Tariff Order (MRP), Quality of Service (QoS) and Interconnection Regulations.

The last one's paper was released late and the OHD was held today. Amended NTO will come with all 3 orders released simultaneously. It will take some time.

Till now no info..... But I have heard from someone that trai is asking broadcaster's to provide alacarte channel at a price at which it provides it in bouquet... Lets hope they come with it soon.
