Incorrect Information in Airtel Website

Hi Friends,
I wanted to upgrade my Pack to South Value Sports Plus which is of 245rs/month, i called to CC regarding the same, but they informed me that there is no Ten Cricket in this Pack. But when i checked my account and i see that Ten Cricket included in this Pack and i again called to CC to inform the same, but again i got the same answer.
Dear Airtel Mod's Please help me in this Regard and let me know whether Ten Cricket is available in this Pack or not as soon as possible, so that i will change my pack..

I think it is south value(225)+3ten channels.

Hi Piinku..am waiting for ur reply, as per CC, there is no Ten Cricket in this Pack, but Yugendran is saying there is Ten Cricket in this Pack, so can u confirm on this please.

I would suggest to call cc more than once and also ask them to pass to senior person. If all of them speak same thing then u go ahead. Selfcare is not always updated so u need to check. Another thing adtv, they have pack definition based on time. At least for add on packs. Like music may 13, music oct 13 and the content differs.
