My Acc was deactivated
So I activated it and paid 5500 via Airtel money app.
I have e-mailed CC for activating the infinity pack.
Lets hope they do it soon.

U can recharge with more 4500/4000 if u have 1000 already. Call Cc they will activate INFINITY if u have total 5500/- in ur account when u call CC.
If ur recharge exactly with 5500, ur pack automatically changes to Infinity.
after one year, normal charge will be applied that is 777/- per month or 777÷30=?? amount as DBR.
and one more thing, if u recharge 5500/- from Airtel Money app u will get 500 cashback in ur airtel money wallet.

respected sir iam dealer in mumbai i have following doubts regarding infinity hd package which if you help me i can guide my airtel dth customers.

1. if customer has balance   say 500 or 1000 or 2800  does he still have to get recharge done 5500 for infinity hd package . or only for balance amount .

2. has recharge to be done only through airtel app or airtel money.ccan this recharge be done by dealer thats me from my airtel dth balance. if i do recharge of my customer will still my customer get infinity hd package activated.

3. suppose i open  airtel money account in my name already i have dth dealer recharge account  of airtel.then suppose if i recharge any customers account by 5500 will i get cashback 500 or customer get cashback of rs 500.

4. suppose first connection we activate infinity hdpackage what will be the amount of recharge on multi tv connection for the same 270 rs per month so how much amount to recharge for multi tv connection hd infinity package for 12 months.

@Rajesh bro -- Welcome to DDF warm wishes to you bro from DDF Family :wlcmtup .. Answers:

• 1. Recharge Balance amount itself enough bro .. No need to recharge 5500 extra if customer already have balance means Ex) One customer have 5000 in their account means just recharge for 500 thats enough ..

• 2. You can recharge through ur dealer account bro customer can able to activate infinity pack ..

• 3. You only get cashback in ur airtel money account bro customer wont get .. But we dont the T&C of cashback limit ie) we dont itz possible of getting multiple cashback ..

• 4. Multi Connection user's not having ARP advantage bro they can able to do only monthly recharge 270/m .. So they will get infinity pack @ 270/m ..

@Rajesh bro -- One More Info only for hd customers need to Recharge 5500 .. Whereas SD customers can recharge for 5000 is enough to get infinity pack but if sd customers want to upgrade means then they may recharge 5500 then they will get hd stb box , infinity pack too ..

1.You will get incentive or cashback via airtel money account by recharging exact amount of 5500rs. .. Unable to understand the bold sentence ..

2.You have to recharge for 3100 if customer have 2400 means .. Call cc for pack activation .. For upgrade procedure 1st recharge then call hd stb upgrade once hd box activated then activate infinity pack .. No service engineer charge required .. Unable to understand the bold sentence ..

3. Call cc for ARP balance refund .. We cant tell that ..
