I wan to purchase dishtv truhd decoder,and in this usb and HDMI ports are availabe,and i want to know that after attach the usb or hard disk we are enable to record the dish programes.plz tel me,if this is not sport then which is the best in hd and i want much hindi movies channles and music channels

Yes! HDMI is available.
As per my knowledge, NO dth provider in India (including dishTv) is using USB for data downloading.
To record/transfer you can use DVD Recorder for personal use only.

Or you may go for HD DVR (for recording in the HDD provided inside set top box)
BUT still you can not transfer recorded program to other media and even if you able to transfer it ,anyhow, you can not able to view it as it is encrypted.)

NO dear Shahid,the USB port is of no use to the
customer.

Dish TV keep this port only to update their software manually via USB drive.
