Initial Charges for Airtel

I want to know if I have to remove Airtel dth then will the initial charges Rs. 1750 which I paid for it will be given back or they will simply take away the instrument with them without giving any money?

But the STB is our property right? Airtel have right over the dish only. Will they take the dish back?
