We are getting "your box is not receiving signal" for past two days. The techinican who visited said either double wiring has to be done because its a recording box or a booster has to be ordered. . Im currently not in India and could not actually do any test on the tatasky. Only my parents are there and they have to believe whatever the techinician says. The charges are 1200 for double wiring , and 1800 for booster. Is this is the real price or the techinician trying to jackup the prices. One more question, if i update to the latest STB , will the signal issues disappear?
