Installed Sun Direct HD+

New Sun direct HD+ installed on yesterday evening. HD channels picture quality is awesome also sound quality but SD channels not up to the mark compared to D2H. UI more easy and I am facing the issues is live tv pause and favorite channel setting otherwise I am satisfied. Customer care person said that new HD software have not functioning these two interface, it will come soon in future.
STB Model: HS3A01 (HEVC enabled)
