IS 17 and Insat 4a in a single c band 6 feet dish

I have set intelsat 17 and insat 4A/Gsat 15 in a single 6 feet c band dish.
In IS 17 all channels locked.
In 83e
Around 205 channels locked including all tamil channels.
Anybody need help means I may assist in this regard.

Is17 is 66 east means it is in Arabian Sea.

83e is in bay of Bengal.
