GSAT10 is operational and the transponders allotted are being used--Reply under RTI.

Send this RTI copy to Tata Sky and ask them. Most probably they wont reply but
"poochne mein kya jaata hai" (Language-Hindi ; Translation - What do we lose in asking)

Maybe tata sky is hiding something. Thatswhy they didn't took legal action against ISRO. Just ask them through email at [email protected],[email protected],[email protected]
