is tata sky testing vertical polarity?

at around 5:30 pm this evening for about half hour no channels were coming from tp 11550 h having channels like sony, dd1, ten cricket. signal was coming from tp but there was a black screen, nothging was coming i believe tata sky was testing something on this tp
