Is the channel called ZOOM still available ?
If yes which channel number ?
Is Zoom free to air or a paid channel ?

Even if using the same MSO, offerings will vary region wise as most MSOs have different head ends for different target area unlike DTH operators which have a pan India headend.

Plus GTPL KCBPL is Kolkata based I think.
