for what reason bjp should support a movie or music channel.
Channel's main ajenda is create fake news, hatred and spread it. That's what it is good for and does in malayalam.
i dont think even core bjp supporters in kerala watch this channel.

Janam is not jst supported by bjp, its controlled by bjp/rss.
Except for Asianet News, which has no political affiliations (although it is owned by Rajya Sabha MP Rajeev Chandrasekhar), all other Malayalam news channels are politically aligned and affiliates such as Kairali (CPIM+LDF), Jaihind (Congress+UDF) and Janam TV (RSS).

Asianet News has always been unbiased in terms of news. Other channels are biased towards their political parties.

Kairali and Jaihind are channels owned by LDF and UDF.
They are biased towards their political parties. But there's a difference between being biased spreading hatred and fake news.

Almost all news channels are biased. Though asianet is neutral at times.
Other main channels Manorama supports Congress which can be evidently seen in almost all of their news.
Mathrubhumi is biased towards LDF.

These 3 are the main news channels of Malayalam.

As of now in Tamilnadu, all the news channels supports only Dravidian Parties...

If any interview is given by BJP President, its not telecasted properly/fully or twisted by these channels...

Hope the launch of Janam Tamil will solve this and lead to a strong foothold in Tamilnadu...

I don't know! How many Tamil news channels will launch?
Is there is no any other genre?
Or only news channels will gain trp?

Being News Channels

Don't Need To Spend Much On Contents Acquisition,

Janam TV had more viewership than Kairali News(Cpim) & Jaihind(Congress) during the time when Barc had been publishing News channel ratings. Once they could able to secure 2nd spot and then managed to stay some where near top 5. Even though the viewership is poor compared to major players, it is an achievement to become top amongst party owned channels and over take ruling party's channel which is an established brand.
When it comes to ratings only Asianet News(No.1) & 24 News/ Manorama News(2nd spot) bears some strong numbers. Rest all has week figures.
