JioPlay working FINE without Jio Sim Card.

As, you guys know I had buy LYF phone and Jio sim card and I got services free with it. But, when I installed in JioPlay from Google Play in my phone. It's start working fine by turning on LYF PHONE hotspot which have Jio sim.
But, when I switch to my Tikona Wifi router. It's stopped and show up error. But, after sometime it started again.
It's not available everytime without Jio network.
Sometimes it's start working. I'm attaching the Snaps without Jio net working of JioPlay.

FYKI, Skip option works only if you have jio sim inserted.. as it authenticate via the sim to skip the manual login process...
