Any idea why Star didn't choose to buy Tarang channels before launching Star Kiran. Did the owners reject the offer or Star was not so keen on buying another network again.

Bcz tarang no1 odia chanel in odisha.so owner not interested to sell it

Only 6 days left for the implementation of new RIO but still no notification from Jiostar for rebranding or shutdown of channels which were not included in new RIO..
