Sad News JioStar might be Shutting Down Some Channels w.e.f. 17th February 2025

Sony/Zee has published a new RIO which will be effective from 1st February,.but DTH companies have yet to implement it,

@Vadirocks So, what is the guarantee that jiostar rio will be implement on 17th feb ? and shutdown channels will be removed from DTH platforms on 17th February?

Here Local Cable networks advertises on screen that Star channels will no longer will be available on DPO pack from 17-Feb, so customers to call and subscribe the channel or pack of Star.

Last year all the dth published new rio on march.. i think they will follow same in this year too

Main issue is Star Maa SD is out of Star Value pack in new RIO and Value pack SD price increased without Star Maa with Colors & Sports18 channels

Main issue is Star Maa SD is out of Star Value pack in new RIO and Value pack SD price increased without Star Maa.

In tamil nadu star channels have been removed in all dpo on October itself .. my guess ambani will solve this very soon

New RIO Will Be Published But Dates Are Not Known!

Star Utsav and Colors Rishtey took part in DD Free Dish e-auction. So, they have to publish new RIO for them. I think new RIO will be implemented from April 2025, with sports channel rename and CCI channel shutdown.
