But I tried for Maximum Signal Quality to Escape from Rain outage

are you using 90 cm dish , and it also depends upon lnb , if you are using sharp lnb the signal
strength increases

currently i just set up the dish temporarily for activation purpose , soon i will fix it permantly
and set the signal strength to max because in our area rain comes offen so if good max signal strength the signal loss during rain is very less
