Got call from customer care , it's 400 rupees for remote with universal option

Frezing issue is observed by me from last 3-4 software update.

may be ts supplied old non universal remote to clear stock.

btw what is date mention as import.

and ts hd+ software and hardware is excellent. U ll enjoy fully.

did he installed double cable and dual output lnb?

I am thinking of purchasing TataSky +HD. I am presently using d2h DVR and I am fed up with its auto format problem. Please clarify my following doubts..

1.Can TataSky+ HD record two programs simultaneously?
2.Is it DVR (in built hard disk) or we need an external HD?
3.Are there any special charges for recording?
4.Does they allow us to make our own package with only ala carte channels?

Also, please tell me what is meant by HD access fee, as I have not heard anything about such a thing in any other DTHs..
