Tata Sky activated wrong pack for my uncle. Instead of HDAF, they activated Dhamaal Mix HD.

He complained but they say they cant deactivate and change pack

Pls suggest what to do, he is on South Sports Bonanza Pack

No bro. Jsat offer available till tonight 11:59 pm only, you need to activate before that. Mine too expiring tonight only but I contacted cc & dropped 99 hdaf then activated 1 rs hdaf.
