The executive didnt even ask why i am dropping old HD pack. Directly the offer pack was added, just took 2-3 mins.

I observed, jsat hdaf offer is not shown on tv.only tatasky music & smartmanager are being showed. Last time also when there was hdaf offer they didnt show.

he means to say that they are not showing on channel 100

Yes He is right it is not showing on TV don't know what is reason behind it

TS never advertised HDAF offer on normal home or promo Channel. Previously they used to add Channel 98 to promote HDAF offer but now they are not promoting this offer which is not good majority of users will not know about this offer unless like us they're on our forum

they promoting this offer because lots of customers activate the pack and forgot to remove.and they got 1 month subscription amount.
