This is probably an adaptation of Zee TV's Radha Mohan. Zee Bangla recently did such an adaptation called Alor Koley which gradually failed due to poor ratings.

Daughter's father wants to marry another girl who is very rich and ill mannered, but daughter is against it. So a poor working class girl befriends the daughter.

While the serial that you're talking about is totally different. The ghost in that serial wants to save her husband's second wife from her evil mother-in-law.

Even after becoming no1. They have started copying the title of competitor .Nagamandala, Kalayani , Now this one.
Colors Now should Telecast the old serial with High promotion.

Yes.. Nowadays Zee is copying titles of other channels. Colors should also repeat telecast with some promotion to reduce popularity of Zee.

Star Suvarna also gave counter to Zee, by repeat telecasting Guru Raghavendra Vaibhava. Hence Zee's Raghavendra Mahime got fullstop
