Bro why many Kannada artists part of Telugu and Tamil serials any reason

The main reason is salary bro.
In last month's TOI article, Rashmi Prabhakar who played the lead in Lakshmi Baaramma had stated that in Telugu TV industry, they give 2-4 times more payment than the Kannada TV industry.
She had also mentioned that even if dubbing is prevalent in Telugu since a long time, they give equal scope for original shows and its actors. Even if an actor acts in a serial which has poor ratings, they still give good payment.

Those who said Kannada artists not getting job from dubbed serials, than why many Kannada artists part of Telugu and Tamil Serials and why not Tamil and Telugu serial artists not acting in Kannada serial. any Restrictions there from KTVA or KFI

Surprisingly Star Suvarna dubbed many Telugu serials have Kannada artists

Bro. If these Telugu and Tamil dubbed serial placed in prime time then StarSuvarna rating improvement any chances? (3to4tvr) . Channel rating within prime time 6pm to 11pm should be high( my opinion).

Placing dubbed content Non primetime better than repeat telecast of serial good move.

Because in Kannada,
1. serials have less cast apart from Ramji serials and next shruti naidu serials. So they didn't get good chance.
2. Colors serials were no. 1 and had fixed cast for long run, so opporunity was less. Even competitors were failing to have all popular cast, bcz of budget and bringing attractive new comers.
3. Most of the kannada actors/actress are fair and good looking, so they get good opportunies in tamil and telugu for hero, heroines and other roles.

Adding to this Telugu and Tamil industry has Afternoon slots ,so no of serials r more .So need more cast.

In kannada serials, there is direct recording not separate dubbing (except Udaya). So to be a part of kannada serial ,command over language is one of the criterias. Other south Indian serials usual have separate dubbing for serials also like movies.

Also I have heard that , in kannada tv channels look for new artists for every project. New pair gives fresh look to show ,also they work for minimum remuneration. But established actors takes 2-3 times more than them. So known faces goes to other languages for better opportunities also
