It all depends on the ad service which they are using. They can't control it. I have also seen other OTT ads in hotstar. same with Zee5. So I don't think it's edited...

How this time 3 days Anubandha awards?

May be they will have some Colors Super relaunch as well with it and relaunch part may be simultaneously aired on both Colors Kannada and Colors Super.

They have done simultaneous airing of Bigg Boss Finale of Season 4 in both channels, if I am not wrong.
