Honganasu will reduce to 30 mins, only 67 episodes behind as of today..
1pm: Nagapanchami
1.30pm: Malikapuram (as 1pm is also devotional)
2pm: Honganasu
2.30pm: Aragini 2
3pm: Kasthuri

Malikapuram: The first Malayalam serial to get dubbed to kannada. A Decade back, there was a serial called Paarijatha, which was simultaneously getting shooted in dual language Malayalam-kannada in Asianet Suvarna. After a decade, kannadigas can get a taste of malayalam stories.

Star Suvarna should telecast Kasturi (411 episodes) for 1hr daily Mon - Sat at 3pm, similar to how Honganasu being telecasted now. Then only Suvarna can compete with Zee's Kalyanamasthu and Vaidehi parinaya. As these are also dubbed, they can't apply any counter strategy like Aase vs PM.

Telecasting the serial for 1hr will have more viewer engagement daily than just 30 mins.

🔸️ Zee Kannada executed this strategy in the afternoon with 2 serials for 2 hours like Trinayani & Nagabhairavi and got 5+ TVR. Now since it's 30 mins and story got old, still getting 3+ TVR, which is better than Suvarna's original serials.

🔸️ When Honganasu was running 30mins only, Aragini was getting 0.8TVR. Now we could see improvements to 1.2TVR. Chances of Viewers switching channel will reduce if time period is more and has more similar content.

Colors Kannada January 29 9:30 pm what will telecast? Because there is no news about karimani , I don't think karimani will start...

Is ck planning a 1 hr episode of ramachari or Antarapata. Or mahasangama both serials
