According to my knowledge Gujarat also not Considered as a HSM. Personally I don't care they feature Statue or not. I am Waiting For The Main Show.

Gujarat is actually in the HSM. There is only 1 Gujarati GEC (Colors Gujarati) as most Gujaratis watch Hindi channels. But I am surprised that they are putting up the statue only in Gujarat, Maharashtra and NCR. They could have put it up in Jaipur or Indore as those are also Hindi-speaking.
