Yeah tracert is applicable one with ping we just knows the IP only.

Google that IP to know address. Or u can use any website like whatismyipaddress.com to know location

If television channels totally moves to HD then it will not only creates problem for DTH industry but it also creates lots of space crunch for television channels too.
 
It's not possible to launch in 2015-16 becoz UHD channels takes more space and even our DTH operators struggling to provide normal HD channels due to shortage of tps then how they can provide UHD channels.India can't launch UHD channels until they get sufficient tps.:wall
