At the bottom of the list it says 130 for first 100 channels, 20 for every additional channels.What does it means about channels in this list or pay channels?

No bro. 25 DD channels are mandatory. We can select any channels hereafter. If we go with 100 FTA plus 25 pay channels. We have to pay 153 + pay channel cost + 25 Channels NCF ( 23.5).
Better we can select wanted channels with in 100 channel mark.

I think your pack will discontinue and remaining amount will be adjusted towards ncf and you need pay for pay channels
