These 100 FTA SD channels i am recieving using dd free using same sun direct dish, then why should i pay 130 for free channels, can i choose 100 pay or HD channels for 130 ?

Out of 100 channels 26DD channels are mandatory so rest 74 SD can be filled by your choice of channels.

Here, 1 HD = 2 SD Count

I think current HD Addon packages of Sun is very economical and if it continues , good for hd customers. Otherwise HD price will be very high for english movies and infotainment section
