In the online recharge option it will show the amount. It is actually the amount of base pack only. The benefit is also calculated based on base pack. But at the end, it will be adjusted for add-on as well which will result in lesser validity. I did it just a week before with same combination of base pack and add-on.

as d2h policy they offered LTR for only base packages not for a-la-carte or add on, so you have to recharge with 3(203+116.67)=959]for 3 month(4days extra benefit)
