Nowadays when i send any mail to videocon d2h email id: [email protected] i got no reply from d2h side even not a auto generated mail.

Is videocon d2h mail id changed? Or is there any other active mail id of videocon d2h?

Ya, you are right..Now they reply on account related matter only....Earlier they do it on all mails..Also auto reply stopped...
