You have to count the missing channels also, as its part of our subscription
Go through TS site, you'll find these 10 HD channels aren't listed there. So those are not part of my subscription at least. Don't know about you.
and its not removed forever u see.
Again saying, you just can't predict that!

Its other way round, actually most of them are paid if you want to watch live. Check Here

ok but we can watch yesterday's show and other older shows free of charge, Sony's 1st October KBC is available there and also if we have missed any show still we can watch there as they have stored all the previous shows there. Yes, live channels they are charging now.
 
Tata Sky has always charged a premium price for its services. They at least should have shown some courtesy to inform its users. Adding insult to injury, you have to call 11 times to get 11 channels back that too when they are part of your subscription. Such a shame.

Add some 'Salt' to that injury too! You won't reach these numbers (in turn can't activate your subscribed channels) easily.
 
Tata Sky is telling Sony's stand would've made them hike their package prices and NOT that Sony has increased prices for channels.
Sony is portraying on social media and newspaper ads that they have not increased prices for channels, deliberately misleading people to think that Tata Sky is telling people that Sony has increased prices.
How are you quite sure that Tata sky is at no fault, and all blame is to be on Sony.

Add some pepper as well, According to their website, one has to give missed call on 1st of every month if you have monthly pack. and for long duration packs every time you renew your subscription.

  1. (5) Please note that any of the Channels once activated, would be available for viewing until the end of the respective calendar month and the same will be deactivated at the end of the calendar month. If the Eligible Subscriber wishes to continue viewing the Channels the Eligible Subscriber shall need to follow the process of activation, mentioned here in above, at the beginning of every subsequent calendar month.
  2. (6) Long Duration Pack ('LDP') subscribers will be entitled to avail this Offer for the entire term of subscription of the LDP by providing a one time request. After the expiry of the term of the LDP, thesubscriber, post renewal of the LDP, will need to place a fresh one timerequest for activation of this Offer.
  3. (7) All subscribers paying a-la-carte will not experience any disruption in the viewing of any of these Channels, and therefore do not need to place any request through missed call or via any other means as mentioned under Clause 3. Paying a-la-carte subscribers will continue to enjoy seamless viewing of the Channels.

I don't know Why Tata Sky Make This Matter So Bitter. All Customers Suffering A Lot. They Should Think About Their Customers. Tata Sky Is A Premium Trusted Brand. Why They Behave Like This.
When Airtel Have Problem With Star. Airtel Tackled Situation Very Cleverly. Airtel Not Removing Any Star Channel. Just Removed All Star Channels From Base Pack. That Also Only Just For 8/9 Hours. Also That Time Airtel Customer Care And To Get Free Channels Missed Call Number Work Perfectly.That Time Airtel Helped Customer Fully. Tata Sky Should Follow This Thing From Airtel.
