Same feeling here. I'm a south platinum HD customer, joined in the beginning of this year. This is something that can't be accepted at all.

I am on Platinum pack, I get all these channels on base pack. But I am getting black screen only on every channel.

Bro same here also I am a South platinum HD subscriber and paying 9k+ per annum. And now these beggers had cheated me though I had always supported them. I must call CC and ask for refund.
