I am on Platinum pack, I get all these channels on base pack. But I am getting black screen only on every pchannel.
Wait till the black screen disappears.a number will be displayed.give missed call to that number.

This has now begin a practice. On a whole only customers suffer. My point of view is that Govt had made a law that broadcasters and operators should enter into a agreement within x days but to add to this Govt should add, channels cannot be dropped and within a range they should mandatory enter into the agreement for example 10-15% hike as per negotiations within x days and according to Tariff order as the baseline. This 10-15% can also be fixed as per the current inflation. If the broadcaster and operator go outside the same they should be penalized.

Exactly This Is Why Tata Sky Neglecting!

Old Customers can get these channels but new customers who will join them will not get these channels and some channels are removed permanently. This is unacceptable if some of the members are paying 8k/year which is huge money then they cannot accept it. In Airtel, we do not pay this much amount.
Also, if old customers wants to change their base packs then they will not get these channels as these channels are not a part of new packages. They need to stick to their old packages.
