Yes Bro:hello

But KTV HD Is not Worth:s:s

Sun Music HD is 100% Worth......as it is a only HD music channel for south

Even its SD Version Having Amazing Pq and AQ:k

I think the whole point of late discussion is ruined by the term ''simulcast''.

According to my knowledge, there are at least 3 different kind of HD feeds provided (comparing to respective SD feed) by indian broadcasters.

1. HD feed is exact replica of SD feed ( By definition, we call as 'simulcast')
2. HD feed's EPG is same as SD feed's EPG
( This is the one caused confusion; As HD customers pay max.fee for HD channels comparing with it's SD feed, provider is happy with less ads and it causes the time-lag)
3. HD feed is completely different to it's SD feed ( Totally different programming)

What i want to know from Tatasky viewers is that Asianet :HD belongs to which of the above category ?

I think it's currently under category 3 & will belong to category 2 once it's launched in other platforms :k

Yes Rahul. It will go to category 2. Right now it is in category 3. Sun HD channels are in category 1.

@ Rushil.D bro, simplest way i could explain is to check Star Plus & Star Plus :HD ; They both have same programs at a time-duration, but due to the length of the ads shown, u won't see the same feed in both. ( It belongs to Category 2)

At the same time, when u see Star Gold & Star Gold :HD , both show completely different movies at a time :k ( It belongs to Category 3)

I don't think it will happen in any Indian language channel.
