There will be no permanent No 1 DTH ... its only the thinkings of users of certain DTH.. There will be always competition between them .. All DTH OOps r for business only but those r only Give and Take ..
one day 1 DTH will lead and other day another one .. its a not ending process ...

ADTV will have ses9 launch next yr.
Tatasky also having chance using gsat10...

Whatever few say presently Sun Direct is targetting only south Users .. i dont know how they go forword once they get new TPs/space.. still even after they get space its very hard to come close to D2H,Dish TV, ADTV and Tatasky .. according to me Tatasky wont go for channel counts any time .. This is know fact .. surely they add selective popular channels ...

D2H may have some extra TPs to be activated ..
ADTV will get some from SES9 but not soon ...
Dish TV have more space as 3 Sats NSS6,SES8 and AS5 ..
Tatasky will do some thing in near future but dont know how .. also they have the MPEG4 Migrations and still almost 50% yet to be done ..

agreed... whether SUN will try for a pan-India reach, after acquiring new TPs, remains to be seen. :u

whatever the calculations about the space available for D2H will not be come into effect any time surely ... as i think there is no such space for them surely .. so then they can add hundreds of channels in existing TP.. As i seen the additions of all DTH from years our calculations doesnt proven correct any time in any DTH .. thos calculations r only to post but not for real .. every time the calculations failed in all DTH ..
For me it looks like Dish TV have ample space for present additions mainly after SES8 activation..
for some extent D2H too have some but not much as shown in a thread calculations ..
Our calculations will change once a DTH gets some new TPs ..

Shawl bro always against sun direct. I dont understand why bro. No offence bro but sun direct can be No. 1. Yes they need to concentrate on ROI as well otherwise they will be last bro.

There is another brand Asianet Digital TV which targets only south & thats why it is available only on southern states particularly malayalam speaking state Kerala. Thats why Asianet Digital TV have no ROI Channels eexcept DD Channels. But Sun Direct is not like that Mr Kumarbhai bro.
