They only need customers not their satisfaction
So airtel s thiking that we are switch to other players in the market without adding customer needed channels in package.

If my guesing is corect thy wil remve star sports 2 r 3 in 225rs base pack

225 pack is a real good offer from Airtel, but I agree the price is high. In our building in Bangalore Hathway is offering all channels minus HBO defined and Hits and Ten Golf for Rs.220. Including at least 10 local cable channels with all latest Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam movies. While in ADTV I only get 1/3rd of the channels at the same price.

What else we can do.. we bought the set top box we have to wait and see what airtel is going to do in coming months.... i just bought airtel for premium quality and service.. their customer Care were superb.. If i messaged to them in facebook they will call me the next day and they are trying to resolve,....

new channel addition is very fast compared to other platforms....

Airtel is no 1 in Quality service there is no doubt in that..

Airtel is making them costly nowadays thats only the drawback..

Expecting something Good from Airtel...
