yes,you can take a base pack+any alacarte.

Tata sky and Airtel [now also d2h] has giving facility to subscribe any base pack and along with that you can activate any channel as ala cart with the mention price. Price details can be found on website or go on that channel.

Only D2h & TS provide this option.

Airtel doesn't provide option to take any a-la-carte channels with base pack.
But it has almost all single channel topup.

It provies any topup with a-la-carte base pack of 150rs. which none dth provides.
