It won't effect for some my plan 99 users who are using free regional topups as we have buggy airtel self care portal.

No it won't effect because revised changes will be applicable on regional topups only.

my plan 99 is spared because tata sky spared it from price hike.
My plan 199 is hiked because ts hiked dhamaka pack to Rs.220 so it's all about competition.
