Lately TS has been sending these notification alerts (advertisements) which display the yellow envelope icon on top middle of the screen which is very annoying.
Earlier they used to send these notifications but just the yellow light on the STB would come on and no icon showed on screen, I got used to ignoring them.
I guess they want you to quickly open the help menu to navigate to the ad alert and read and delete them ASAP instead of ignoring them.
Any way to get these mofos to stop this behaviour? I had earlier called CC and asked to put my 2 STBs on DND or whatever to stop sending these marketing notifications but they claimed no such option is available.
