Mtunes sd video format

Hey guys i have querry about mtunes sd but first i want to say that my english is not up to the mark so as mtunes sd is a downgrade channel of hd version so why they don't have black bars like history tv 18 or movies now and they showing full screen songs not like 9xm or sony mix. Is mtunes sd is also available on 16:9 as like food food cause in this channel picture is shrink on crt tv but mtunes sd have fine streched on the tv and if mtunes sd version shows full screen songs then why not other channels
