Bro, I have ordered multi connection today,they said visiting and installing tomorrow.

I got multi connection with same id yesterday,I checked secondary connection my account there is not available customer id.
i connect cc yesterday,in secondary connection id not available please help me 'they said we refresh ur account after you get customer id' till now customer id available,what do to?

bro you dont get any separate id for ur secondary connection...your same id remains for ur both connections but with numbered as -01 & -02

Yes ur correct, my primary connection is displayed 001 in airtel app and TV but secondary connection not displayed 002 TV and app then another account not open manually in my Airtel app

Wait for few days. It's not a big deal. Eventually it'll be created if not created yet. It is taking longer maybe because of technical issues due to removal of Star channels

Now I downgrade my 2nd connection base package 270 rs through self-care and choose 99 pack/mon but will it change my 1st connection (already I pay 899/yr).if I change my 2nd connection automatically changing 1 connection/month
