Seeking Help My Binge+ Box is freezed

can anyone help me ..
My Binge Box us freezed from last 2hrs.. I tried various ways ..still not able to figure it out whats wrong

You try this one, you remove the antenna connector from the STB and re insert it.

Tried all the possibilities!!

He told me to replace the box
He said there's no electricity supply going from SAT In .
He connected something ..it was small screen like thing which had two cable wire..
There was no light on that screen
.
He told Me to pay ₹900

Replace box you will get refurbished box,go for new connection with new box
