Software updated for my hd2011 box , i am getting 720p resoultion only , not getting full HD . :O

Mine got updated too, but in "My Account" section it says "NO Information Available", any idea why? is it the same for others too, lets me know plz.

Call to CC and ask them for update your account information.

That's a bug after couple of today's my account information will be updated and be rest assured

how much time will take to complete update. from past 6 hours not getting any channels. only booting. I switched off stb several times.

Finally my STB got updated. A pleasant surprise after coming home today. Will post updates soon.

BTW, I was getting resolution as 720p even though settings show as 1080i @60 HZ.

I changed the settings to AUTO or as a matter of fact any other setting, the resolution now is 1080p @ 50Hz. Those who are having a problem can try this tip.
