my D2h2011 hd zapper updated right now

how much time will take to complete update. from past 6 hours not getting any channels. only booting. I switched off stb several times.

update takes about 5-6 min and reboots automatically, but the above problem should not happen, contact customer care, may be stb has not got updated properly.

My STB was also updated last night... But after update all my favorite channels list was deleted and i set the favorite again....
