Welcome Nivin, How are you man and your stb update from old version I mean from V1.5 etc ?

In home frequency setup you can now individually edit each tp.

What does this mean? can you explain? below post with above point reference.

waiting for images :tup. Can you scan other frequencies (non dish tv) like older s/w?

I dont think its possible.

It was possible in old software.

Now press 7531 (doesnt disply on screen) & change tp feeds.

Try any ddd+ freq & scan & reply the result. No harmful after you revert dish tv freq which is 12688 V 27500 3/4

Ya i know this ,on entering 7531 TP edit screen come and we can edit the frequency details of each tp after this software update , in the previous software we can edit only home transponder frequency.But since my connection is deactivated , i get VC Deactivated message.I took these pictures by disconnecting the wire from the lnb.As soon as i connect the wire the 'VC Deactivated message will come So i was not able to proceed further.

Press channel up,channel down,channel up on STB and press 5 on remote.

Is this update to be done only by manually orto wait for automatic updates.

my set top box is SD 1004is (version is 4.47 - 1.34). this is what i have now.
Now my set top box will be updated itself or i need to do it manually.

how did you do that update process. Channel up , Channel down again channel up in set top box during standby mode (red led) or in channel 999 which way to do this.:huh
