MY DishTv STB's suntv ktv channel numbers missing

From yesterday my dish tv stb is suntb ktv and some other channel numbers
are missing and I rescaned the channels but still the problem exists. Please help me ?

Open Menu > Settings > Restore default.Use this method your problem solving.
