My HD channels disappeared after recharge

Can any body help me. My all hd channels showing this channel is not a part of your package.

I recently recharge. Now not a single hd channels are working.

did u change ur pack to Infinity SD. if yes, Then yes , U will not get any HD for one year unless u activate HD topup separately.
otherwise call CC and ask they can change ur infinity SD to Infinty HD.
