my stb is mpeg 4 but i am only get audio. and replcement massage also.

How did you know that your stb is mpeg 4 compatible? The message to upgrade indicates that it is not mpeg 4 stb.

I have same message in my black tatasky box. seem to be mpeg4. look like this new tata sky mpeg4 standard stb

ts shud launch new lcn at some 1000 or 101

to display whether ur stb is mpeg2 or 4

check by pressing organizer > system setting > add channels , it should show modulation
