Need a Budget DTH connection for WEST BENGAL Zone.

My Neighbour Wants to install a Dth connection.
But main fact, Monthly Rate should be minimum. (150-180 INR)
He Needs SD version only.
He wants Star Sports 1/3 for Indian Cricket, All Bengali Channels, Few Hindi Movie channels, Hindi News channel and some Hindi GEC...
Basically this is his need, By profession, he is an accountant in Public Health Department in my area. so he doesn't have enough time for TV. only 1 hour during dinner or on holidays...
so please suggest....

@Darling and OP bro -- No chance of activating South max for ROI customers now or previous system too .. In previous sys. , ROI user can able to activate south packs from svs pack onwards only .. South max exclusive for south users :k ..
